better already

Im glad that i have felt better nowadays, thank goodness. Well today is my 6th day without coffee, still feeling fresh and all, early rest do help a lot. I have been practicing it for almost a week now, that is bed at 10.30pm, up at 5.30am. Hmmm the whole thing went pretty smooth! Woke up earlier in the morning provides me more time to prepare myself for another tough day, and of course better BREAKFAST! Because i was that kind of person who woke up, dress up, grab a piece of bread and hop into the car and off to school. Whereas now i could enjoy my lovely breakfast slowly and still managed to listen a few mood boosting songs before i went to school.
Simply marvelous =)
In addition, the way i thought have changed, into a better pace which is good too. I tried not to worry over something unneccessary but be more open to things.


i can do it, im gonna make it happen!
